Not sure where to begin?

Every offering I create is rooted in the same philosophy: nervous- system practices that are foundationally grounded in compassionately befriending our body, meeting ourselves exactly where we are at, and allowing our choices to anchor that somatically- breath by breath.

This reconnection is encouraged through mindfulness, movement, breath, sound, nature, and supportive community.

Whether you join us for a donation based class or a seasonal gathering, you'll find the same intention—to create spaces where you can exhale, feel supported, and come home to yourself.

Donation Based Offerings:

These community offerings are intentionally donation-based because I believe healing spaces should be both accessible and rooted in meaningful reciprocity. I invite you to contribute an amount that honors both the value you receive and your current circumstances. Your generosity helps sustain this work while ensuring these gatherings remain open to all.

🎶 SOUND JOURNEYS: The Science of Soothing

Explore immersive sound experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and embodied restoration. Each journey blends the therapeutic power of sound with thoughtfully curated environments that invite you to exhale, soften, and reconnect. While most of my offerings involve some sound healing to somatically anchor the practice, these offerings are primarily sound.

First Monday of the Month Community Sound Bath @ Ames Chapel (donation based- see above)

Exhale: A Salt & Sound Journey (Salt Room Collaboration):

**Space for each gathering is limited to due to the intimate nature of the salt cave.

The Science of Soothing explores the remarkable intelligence of the nervous system through carefully curated sound experiences. Each gathering blends therapeutic sound, guided breath, nervous-system-informed practices, and the unique environment of the salt cave (halotherapy) to create an experience that is equal parts science, embodiment, and deep restoration.

Rather than simply talking about the nervous system, these evenings invite you to experience it. Each session will explore a different doorway into regulation—from the power of breath and vibration, to deep rest, seasonal integration, and our innate capacity to return to ourselves. Together we'll discover how sound, rhythm, stillness, and intentional pauses can help support the body's natural movement toward greater balance and resilience.

Upon registration, each participant will receive a beautifully designed Science of Soothing Companion Guide—a blend of accessible neuroscience, gentle reflection, and simple practices designed to help your nervous system begin settling into the experience before we gather, and to help integrate the experience into everyday life after our experience.

August 5,  6:30- 7:15 p.m.  Finding Your Breath: Begin where every regulated nervous system begins: with the breath.

Discover why breath is one of the most powerful gateways into safety and to releasing protective bracing.

September 9, 6:30- 7:15 p.m. Resonance:  When we are regulated, we naturally begin to resonate.

We will explore the fascinating relationship between vibration, tuning forks, coherence, and the body's capacity for restoration.

September 23, 6:30- 7:15 p.m. — Receive: Once the nervous system feels safe, we can receive what has always been available: support, gratitude, rest, connection & enoughness.

Held just after the Autumn Equinox and before the Full Corn Moon, this evening invites us to stop striving and practice receiving. We will pause, rest, and allow nourishment to truly land.

October 7, 6:30- 7:15 p.m. — Into Stillness: Deep rest is not doing nothing—it is where integration begins.

A restorative experience devoted to deep rest, sleep, quieting the mind and stillness as medicine.

October 21, 6:30- 7:15 p.m. — Return: A gentle homecoming. An experience exploring self-compassion, belonging, and what it feels like to come home to ourselves again and again.
