Unresolved emotional stress can remain active in the body, influencing our well-being long after the initial event. QNRT™ is a gentle protocol designed to reset the brain and release the emotional residue of past experiences or trauma stored in the nervous system. By rebalancing neurological pathways, QNRT™ helps to unburden the nervous system, allowing for the release of negative life experiences that contribute to physical, emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. I believe yoga is a beautiful practice that helps us quiet our minds and bodies, offering space to slow down amidst the busyness of life. It creates the opportunity to listen to our inner voice of wisdom and intuition. Breath, as a powerful tool, allows us to manage stress and influence and balance our nervous system.
Through the practice of physical asanas (yoga postures), we can breathe into areas of tension within the body, while also observing how the challenges we encounter on the mat mirror how we approach obstacles in life. This intentional practice encourages increased awareness of our patterns, giving us the ability to make more conscious choices. As we build new neural pathways in yoga, we can carry these mindful ways of being into our daily lives—showing up with more love, light, and integrity.

I teach at various locations throughout the Twin Cities, offering both public and private classes, as well as workshops throughout the year. Classes typically range from 60 to 90 minutes. I integrate nervous system education, intention setting, affirmations, essential oils, sound healing, and themed practices to create a safe and supportive space.

I offer support groups to both current and past members of my practice, tailored to meet the evolving needs of the group. These gatherings provide a safe, nurturing space for women to come together, support one another, and reflect truth into each other's lives. Healing is most profound in community with trusted others.
The topics of these groups will vary based on the needs of current members, but past and ongoing themes have included personal growth book clubs, trauma support, grief and loss, therapeutic yoga, yoga for trauma recovery, holistic attachment-based parenting, and detox groups.
